Refund policy

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, the Seller offers, on a purely commercial basis, an extended return policy allowing the Customer to return certain Products within a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the same. 

The Customer has a period of seven (7) days from notification of their decision to withdraw in order to return the Products concerned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any product that is used, incomplete, damaged or spoiled will not be eligible for the extended Return and Refund Policy. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, the extended return and refund policy does not apply to returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, we can perform a standard exchange, but we will not ship anything until the product to be exchanged has been received at our warehouses.

 

14-day cooling-off period within the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
