SHIPPING POLICY – ONLINE SALES
ARTICLE 1 – DELIVERY ZONES
Products are delivered to mainland France, Corsica, the countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland.
The areas served, delivery times and any specific charges are specified when the order is confirmed.
Deliveries to Switzerland are carried out DAP (Delivered At Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any administrative fees payable upon entry into Swiss territory remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER PREPARATION
Orders are prepared in our warehouses within an indicative period of 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, from confirmation of payment.
This period is given for guidance only and may vary according to:

order volume,

Product availability,
-
logistical constraints.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY AND CARRIERS
Deliveries are carried out by GLS, DPD and La Poste, depending on the weight, volume, value of the Products and destination.
For oversized Products, the mode of transport is determined automatically.
ARTICLE 4 – INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIMES
For Products in stock, the indicative delivery times are as follows:

Mainland France (excluding Corsica): 2 to 3 business days

Corsica: approximately 3 to 5 business days

European Union: approximately 3 to 7 business days

Switzerland: approximately 3 to 5 business days
These times are indicative and may be extended, particularly during periods of high demand (sales, promotional events, end-of-year holidays), or due to logistical constraints, customs formalities or any external event beyond the Seller's control.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than 30 days, unless a different period is expressly indicated and accepted by the Customer (pre-order, delivery outside the EU).
ARTICLE 5 – TRANSFER OF RISK
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the moment when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, physically takes possession of the Products.
Where the Customer chooses a carrier other than the one offered by the Seller, the risk is transferred at the moment the package is handed over to the chosen carrier.
ARTICLE 6 – RECEIPT, RESERVATIONS, CLAIMS
The Customer is required to check the condition of the Products upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged, missing or otherwise defective package, the Customer must:

make precise reservations with the carrier,

and notify the Seller by email at hello@aquadesign.eu within 7 business days of receipt, together with supporting evidence (photos recommended).
Failing this, the Products shall be deemed compliant.
