Its 50cm tubes , 200cm width , and impressive rocker ensure stable and maneuverable navigation, even in the most challenging rapids. Thanks to its reinforced construction with abrasion-resistant Black Gum Sheet fabric , it withstands the most extreme impacts and friction. For added safety, it features double-chamber tubes , a Leafield A6 overpressure valve , and a high-performance self-bailing floor . Constructed from ultra-resistant Hypalon Achiles®, it accommodates up to 9 people and offers unparalleled durability against abrasion, UV rays, and hydrocarbons. Its 50 cm diameter tubes, 200 cm width, and generous rocker ensure a high, stable, and maneuverable ride, even in the most demanding rapids.

• Performance and comfort

Thanks to its generous volume, the RAPTOR 425 offers excellent buoyancy and enhanced visibility for the guide. Its self-bailing, perforated floor efficiently drains water, ensuring safer navigation. The three removable thwarts with quick-release clips allow the raft's layout to be adapted to the type of outing: sporty descent, professional expedition, or commercial activity.

• Reinforced construction

The RAPTOR 425 boasts a robust design: Hypalon Achiles® 1100 DTEX for the tubes and upper floor section, Hypalon Achiles® 1680 DTEX for the lower section, complemented by a Black Gum Sheet reinforcement under the tubes to resist abrasion and rocks. Its non-slip Hypalon coating and snug foot cups enhance comfort and stability for the crew.

• Maximum security

Designed to withstand extreme conditions, the RAPTOR 425 features double-chamber tubes, offering twice the safety of a conventional raft. Its Leafield Marine A6 overpressure valve reliably regulates pressure, while its 16 reinforced D-rings with lifelines and 6 carrying handles ensure both safety and convenience. With a capacity of 9 people and a maximum load of 1150 kg, it's the ideal choice for guides and whitewater enthusiasts.

A well-maintained RAPTOR raft made of Hypalon will provide you with many years of safe and intense adventures. To preserve its performance and longevity, adopt these best practices:

• Rinse after each outing

After each use, rinse your RAPTOR thoroughly with clean water.

✔️ Remove sand, mud and debris to prevent premature wear of the fabric.

✔️ Use a soft sponge to avoid damaging the surface of the Hypalon.

• Dry completely before storing

✔️ Never store your raft while it's wet.

✔️ Let it dry completely in the shade: Hypalon is quite resistant to UV rays, but prolonged drying in direct sunlight is still not recommended.

✔️ Check that all chambers and the bottom are dry to prevent mold and bad odors.

• Application of talc

✔️ Before prolonged storage, apply talcum powder to the fabric.

✔️ This prevents Hypalon surfaces from sticking together and helps to extend the life of your raft.

• Suitable storage

Store your RAPTOR in a dry, ventilated place, away from extreme temperature variations.

✔️ Avoid any proximity to heat sources (radiator, engine).

✔️ Protect it from rodents and insects.

• Pressure and inflation

Maintain the recommended pressure of 2.5 PSI .

✔️ Overinflation weakens seams and valves.

✔️ In warm weather, slightly reduce the pressure to compensate for air expansion.

Preventive maintenance

✔️ Regularly inspect valves, seams and bonding areas.

✔️ Immediately repair any micro-perforations using a suitable Hypalon kit.
