The AVANTI 540 Aquadesign raft is designed for organizations seeking a spacious, stable, and durable 12-person inflatable boat. Measuring 540 cm long and 210 cm wide (107 cm internal width), it offers comfortable space for passengers and equipment, while the 52 cm diameter tubes ensure buoyancy and stability. The seating is arranged around five removable 35.5 cm diameter supports, allowing for adjustments to suit different outing configurations.

The hull features a self-bailing finned bottom and a rocker profile defined by two measurements (Aquadesign method): 31 cm from the bottom to the base of the tubes and 84 cm from the bottom to the top, both at the bow and stern. On board, there are 16 D-rings for lifelines and tie-downs, 6 carrying handles, and a maximum flat frame length of 300 cm for gear organization. Safety is ensured by a Leafield Marine A6 overpressure valve and a 4+5+1 air chamber redundancy system.

The premium construction emphasizes durability: indicative fabrics of 1450 g/m² for the floor and 1100 g/m² for the tubes, 1000 DTEX PVC tubes with 1000 DTEX top reinforcement, finned floor in 1000 DTEX (top) and 2000 DTEX (bottom), 1000 DTEX lining under the tubes up to the rubbing strake. Despite its size, the entire unit remains easy to handle, weighing in at 87 kg for a maximum load of less than 1750 kg.

  • Rinse after each outing

After each use, rinse your AVANTI thoroughly with clean water.

✔️ Remove sand, mud and debris to prevent premature wear of the PVC.

✔️ Use a soft sponge to avoid scratching the coating.

  • Dry completely before storing

✔️Never store your raft wet.

✔️ Let it dry completely in the shade, as prolonged exposure to the sun accelerates the aging of the fabric.

✔️ Check that all chambers and the bottom are completely dry to prevent mold and bad odors.

  • Suitable storage

Store your AVANTI in a dry, ventilated place, away from extreme temperature variations.
