The Aquadesign AVANTI 290 raft is the most affordable 4-person mini-raft in the range. Its construction, twice as light and economical as a traditional raft, and its more flexible fabric provide greater flex and mobility for easy maneuvering and a comfortable ride. Considered number one in Europe by Aquadesign, the AVANTI 290 combines the essentials: performance, safety, and a competitive price.

Compact without sacrificing anything, it measures 290 x 150 cm, with an interior width of 68 cm and 41 cm diameter tubes. The equipment is designed for efficiency on the water and for carrying: two removable 26.5 cm diameter thwarts mounted on bars to adjust the seating, ten D-rings for a lifeline and tie-downs, six reinforced PVC carrying handles sewn to the base for a secure grip, and self-bailing holes that continuously drain water. The inflatable finned floor contributes to the overall flexibility and safe handling of the boat.

Durability is ensured through precise fabric layering: upper reinforcement of the tubes in 1000 DTEX, upper part of the finned bottom in 1000 DTEX, lower part of the finned bottom in 2000 DTEX, 1000 DTEX lining from the bottom of the tubes to the rub rail, and a ribbed reinforcement band under the tubes. This construction is designed for resistance to impacts, scratches, UV rays, and wear for intensive use season after season.

A well-maintained AVANTI raft will provide you with years of safe adventures. To preserve its performance and durability, adopt these best practices.

  • Rinse after each outing

After each use, rinse your AVANTI thoroughly with clean water.

✔️ Remove sand, mud and debris to prevent premature wear of the PVC.

✔️ Use a soft sponge to avoid scratching the coating.

  • Dry completely before storing

✔️Never store your raft wet.

✔️ Let it dry completely in the shade, as prolonged exposure to the sun accelerates the aging of the fabric.

✔️ Check that all chambers and the bottom are completely dry to prevent mold and bad odors.

  • Suitable storage

Store your AVANTI in a dry, ventilated place, away from extreme temperature variations.

✔️ Avoid any proximity to heat sources (radiator, engine).

✔️ Protect it from rodents and insects.

  • Pressure and inflation

Maintain the recommended pressure of 2.5 PSI .

✔️ Overinflation weakens seams and valves.

✔️ In warm weather, slightly reduce the pressure to compensate for air expansion.
